Mindful Kids = Positive and Focused Learners

We offer school term programs of weekly classes designed to help kids and teens to :

- boost self-confidence and resilience

- increase focus and concentration

- give tools to self regulate and calm

- build stronger, coordinated and flexible bodies

- promote positive social interaction and learning

Classes are held weekly after school and include a range of breathing techniques, purposeful yoga poses, relaxation and mindful creative or reflective activity, as well as practice at-home exercises.

Kids Holiday Yoga Programs

Calm & Confident kids = Happy Holidays! 

Our school holidays programs are a perfect way to introduce kids and teens to yoga or continue their movement and mindfulness practice during school holidays.

​

Each class includes:

- breathing exercises to help calm busy minds and boost resilience;

- specific yoga poses focused on building physical and mental strength

- relaxation to promote better sleep  

- mindfulness activities

Yoga Programs in Schools

Calm and Mindful Kids = Engaged Learners

Off the Mat Living offers school term programs or workshops designed for students at:

- primary and high schools

- pre-school and day care centres

- out of school care

- sports clubs and dance schools

-  scouts, guides and social clubs

 

Classes are focused on:

- building confidence and a positive mindset

- giving tools for managing stress and anxiety

- promoting a sense of belonging, team

work and reducing bullying

- increasing flexibility, strength and agility
